Hartsfield Manor

Booked a A la carte Dinner, bed and breakfast. We were given a sofa with a bar menu, forget about and had to find staff to order dessert and drinks which never came but we’re on the bill. No real apology and not what was expected from such a beautiful building. We stayed in the lodge which was lovely but staying on the ground floor, the noise from the floor boards above was very loud as were the voices. Bathroom mirror needs to be bigger and lit. Breakfast was nice. Could be a very nice place with the correct management

What a disappointment! We booked here for new years eve with a three course meal. I think this is the worst customer service received from a hotel. They had an event on so our meal was set at a sofa in a back room. The staff were unprofessional and uninterested. We were told to order from the bar menu. We received our mains which were tasty but poorly presented burger and chips. No one came to see us after that. So we had to go to reception to request desert and drinks. We did get desert but no more drinks. We stayed in the lodge which was a short walk away near the entrance. The room was nice and clean but there were no toiletries. Only one small unlit mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast was really nice and had a great selection. When we returned after breakfast our key didn't work so we walked back to reception. They didn't say a word just took the key and handed it back. The building is beautiful and could be something special but most of the staff are terrible with no customer service skills. We wouldn't go back.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at The Heartsfield Manor during our Murder Mystery weekend! The ambiance was captivating, and the friendly staff, especially the actors, added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. The attention to detail in the mystery event was very funny and impressive, and we were immersed in suspense throughout. Additionally, the delicious food served during our stay was the perfect complement to an already fantastic weekend. The added disco let us burst out our moves. Highly recommended for a unique and enjoyable getaway!

Hartsfield Manor is stunning. We were fortunate enough to have our wedding here in July. We stayed the night before and the night of our wedding and lots of our friends and family did too. The rooms were well facilitated and the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was lovely. We had a fan in the room which was great as the nights were warm. The upstairs bedrooms with a view of the grounds and beyond are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and everybody that stayed there was extremely happy. Bethany helped so much with our wedding and everybody complimented the food and service that all the staff provided. Thank you so much. We will look forward to coming back to stay again and perhaps trying one of your event nights.

Lovely venue and amazing dinner food - good choice at breakfast and wonderful views and rooms. All the staff were very attentive and kind. Unfortunately one lady working at the bar let it down, wasn't very polite. At the end of the night whilst we were waiting for a drink she closed the shutters without saying anything or letting us know about last orders - also she shut the bar earlier than we believed it was going to be shut.

What a fantastic experience we had at the Hartsfield Manor, I booked the murder mystery for my sisters 50th. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and very friendly. They made our stay very comfortable especially for a group like ours, there was nothing we asked for that they couldn't help with. We will definitely be booking to stay there again. Thank you.
